Disney Channel Monstober
What is Monstober? Monstober (previously named Disney Channel’s Hauntober Fest and later called Wiz-tober in 2008) was a nightly marathon of Halloween-related movies that debuted on October 1, 2005 on Disney Channel. In 2012, Wiz-tober was renamed Monstober to prepare for the Girl Vs. Monster premiere. Monstober officially ended after October 2016. Beginning in 2021, Disney Channel ran the “Calling All the Monsters” programming block during October, featuring various Halloween-themed TV specials and original movies. It is rumored that the Disney Channel will be re-launching the Monstober programming event in October 2024.

Ok, if you quit doing Halloween like halloweentown and other traditional movies then you can’t do Christmas movies or any hoiday, who is in charge here and why not listen to the people who watch your movies. I waited every fucking day this summer checking the monstober schedule to see when you post your schedule and thinking maybe this is the year is the year you guys play halloweentowns, girl vs monster, mostly ghostly, my babysitters a vampire, hocus pocus, underwraps & twitches and dont look under the bed
And i check and all i see is episodes
What the hell guys
Fuck you
Ruin the spirit
You guys do this every year
You play 1 halloween movie in the beginning or middle of october with original movies
& episodes
Then on the last few day of october you play a couple halloween movies
And if your fuckin exuse for not playing them is because of the little kids then thats stupid
First they got disney jr to watch
2 if they do then lets introduce them to our childhood
Just please play good stuff
Hopefully they add in some more of the old favorites this year. Freeform is airing the Halloweentown series and Twitches.
But yeah they’ve really gone downhill the last few years with the Halloween scheduling.

So sad…we use to wait for October to get here so we could watch all the great Halloween shows on Disney…now???? Nothing!!! What happened????? Really disappointing…oh well at least we have some on DVD…will watch it that way
I think this is ridiculous. I wait all year to see my favorite halloween movies and guess what you don’t even show them. Where are the good halloween movies oh that’s right y’all want us to pay for them threw amazon. Do y’all have a contract with them or something bc I know that other ppl and myself pay good money just to have the disney channel. Why can’t we have actual halloween movies and not moana and the descendent play over and over.
This makes me so sad my kids and my self always enjoyed watching Halloween town and twitches together. I can’t believe that it is not going to be aired this Halloween.
With all the movies Disney has, you can’t air more than 5. What about Twitches 1 & 2, Lemonade Mouth, etc. I feel like I’m getting brainwashed with all the same movies!
